Stan is an experienced litigator with substantial first-chair jury and bench trial experience. He regularly presents cases to juries in a broad range of areas including commercial litigation, oil & gas litigation, product liability, intellectual property, multi-party complex litigation, personal injury and most areas of civil litigation and arbitration. His diverse background, understanding of psychological issues as applied to a courtroom setting, and passion for his clients’ needs are a powerful combination. Stan earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern State University in 1993.
Prior to founding his own firm, Stan was employed by Brown McCaroll, a large regional firm with offices in Dallas and throughout Texas. He also worked at the New Orleans law firm of Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver where he established and managed a firm satellite office in Dallas.
Mr. Broome is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana, and has earned admission to practice in all federal and state courts in both states. He has also been admitted to practice in numerous states and federal courts throughout the United States from New York to California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. He is an active member of the Dallas and Texas Bar Associations and is regularly asked to speak on litigation issues before a wide range of audiences.
Along with other recognitions, for many years Mr. Broome has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with its highest rating of “Preeminent AV”. Mr Broome maintains a passion for the law and for the clients he represents.
